It's called puberty, and we all go through it. My brother was extremely self-concious about it until he realized that all his friends were dealing with the same thing. Your voice is changing; it's the first step towards manhood.

It's normal. It is part of puberty and the transaction from being a boy to becoming a man. Don't worry about it dude! Give it time. It will go away once you are done going through puberty.
