Peas always got my son to turn up his nose and refuse to latch. And, it wasn't on the list in any of my baby books! I kept a food diary so I could see what I ate that day. Then, after a couple times I could detect a pattern. That's what I'd advise.
Eventually, after about 4 months he got over the peas.
Are you supplementing with a bottle? Could be he's used to the bottle. I gave my son one bottle a day and fought with that for six months until he finally gave up :)))
It could also be positioning. Maybe he just isn't comfortable. Can you try a different position?

Are you engorged? Maybe baby is having trouble latching due to engorgement.
Is baby sleepy and not waking up to nurse?
We need more details of what is going on to help.

Is it on both sides or one? The baby will definitely want to latch on at one point, but you do need to make sure that baby is getting enough to eat. Contact le leche league. They're wonderful! You might not be producing enough milk. Try upping your calorie intake a little bit. It could be just the key. Drink a bunch of water too!

contact your lactation consultant at the hospital...either by phone or appointment asap. Probably just nipple confusion from using bottles once or more?

Could be thrush and sores in his mouth.
