Sometimes, I have to agree with you, as I have had my account suspended without warning - no phone call from the eBay staff - no e-mail notification, even, for instance! Come to frind out later, someone hacked into it - Power Sellers are a prime target.

1. They lock accounts for your protection - suspect that someone hacked into it.

2. Suspect that you are hacking into accounts or other security breaches.

3. You are violating the eBay User Agreement in some manner.

4. Non-payment of eBay fees.

Sorry, wish I could help you with this. I've been selling for several years and I have never had a problem with Ebay itself. With BUYERS on occasion, yes, but with Ebay itself, never.

Because they have only one brain they use collectively between them.

If you're not the source of a lot of their money, most likely the brain will be being used elsewhere when your "service rep" attends to you.

Because eBay make money and gets attention they will not change.

eBay is the worst service but gets the most attention.
