the chances of miscarriage decrease after your 12th week but you can lose your baby at anytime. Spotting can mean a number of things, some of them being completely normal with nothing to worry about but it is best to call your dr.

The chance of having a miscarriage are never over, just greatly redudced after a certain amount of time. One of my friends miscarried at 6.5 months. Go and see your Dr. only he can know for sure what is going on.

This is going to sound gross but if it is light and a brown color you are OK. If it is red and bright you need to go to the doctor right away because this could mean a miscarriage

I was in the hospital when a woman gave birth to a full term baby who had died... yous baby can die at any time during your pregnancy. You should call your doctor just to be safe.

what do you mean the chance of miscarriage is OVER, it's never over!!! my friend had a miscarriage at 5 mo, and had to give birth to her dead baby.

people can have miscarriages up to 30 weeks in their pregnancy, some even more. ask your OBGYN
