Wow, when you say America, it's easy to lose the meaning and assume you mean Central, South, and North America.. For three different places, that doesn't seem too weak, haha.
But, if you just meant the United States, why would you want to destroy it? You don't have to destroy something to have a significant impact on it. Obviously, yeah, it's pretty corrupt, nosey, selfish, money-hungry, etc.. But that's not all of it, lol. Don't be stupid. :P

Why should anyone destroy us? (Ahem...maybe 2/3rds of the World population want to now) We are destroying this country and its citizens ourselves! Global warming and all the crap we breathe and eat will eventually destroy us or at best turn us into a nation of idiots (if that hasn't already happened!!).
Noone said we are invincible or that the US will go on forever. If the World ganged up against us, we wouldn't last very long. Then again, imagine if some clever guy or gal downloaded a virus into our entire Defense System and literally figured a way to immobilize all our tanks and guns and planes and battleships,etc.. all of which are heavily computerized. That is our Achilles foot and someday, someone will use it to defeat us.
No nation before us was invincible, so why should that change now??As soon as we start bullying the rest of the world, we will be defeated. All Empires so far (considered undefeatable in their time) have collapsed because of arrogance, greed, corruption, etc...

hmm...interesting question. Compared to the Helghast Army, we are as weak as kittens and would be overrun pretty quickly. Then again, I don't think planet Helghast really has it out for us.

We are NOT weak! Just because we don't breed terrorists doesn't mean we should be destroyed.
Terrorists claim their distruction in the name of alaah (or something like that) and I'm sure, no matter which God everyone believes in, terrorism is against each original God's teachings.
That's why they have said over and over again - 'this is not a religious war'.
Terrorists believe in a new God and claim he is telling them to kill, and commit suicide, for them to get into heaven. These are the same people who brainwash others like; Jim Jones (him and his group committed suicide because he had them believing they had to do this to get to heaven) and all other extremist groups.
Why can't we all go back to when everyone believed in a peaceful God...................................

we are not weak but stupid, it's sad that more people know more about the Simpson's than the law of the land the constitution and the bill of rights. slowly the war on terror is turning into the control of u.s. freedoms.
