Depends! What did you paint on there house and how long of a criminal record do you have. I had someone in my family to let someone drive their truck and he passed out in the back of the truck. so they broke into a co. stole a safe. He would not tell on the people but one he was with told his wife and she told this to her mother....... anyhow he went to jail and had to pay back the money, but he knew our family was in danger if he told, so he lost his life because he was drugged and made a choice that he was stupid and wish he could have changed it, but it was to late he was labeled a felon and his whole life was screwed up. So I want you to know that know matter what you have done you can change your life, or you can blame everyone else and keep going down the road your on. I hope you have a good life after you get out. Try that's all it takes. I saw someone get out and make a life. But later, he got involved with the same crowed and now he's dead. I still love him and miss him dearly. No matter what choice he made I didn't stop loving him and I'm sure your family feels the same. So get your act to gather and stop committing crime. Let someone that loves you sleep at night without worrying about you .

Sounds extreme for vandalism. They must've nabbed on something else, like trespassing or threats or something.
