My son is on isomil advance and he has a bowl movement once a day and its usually after he eats. When he has his bowl movement though he throws up his food from pushing so hard. I was wondering if this has happen to anyone else? He gets it out ok but at first its kinda hard. I know they say give them water but he knows what water is and gags!

I would definitely talk to your paediatrician. Sound like your son is either constipated or possibly milk allergy.

How old is he? If he is a newborn it is pretty common. My son was the same way but it stopped when he was about 2 months old. If it lasts longer then that I would be concerned.

I'd Talk to your childs pediatrician. He might need his formula switched. Maybe hes not recieving enough iron?
