Hallo, I am in China, I can tell you this, there is not "one" chinese folk dance, there are tens of folk dances belonging to 56 different etnic group of China. Maybe you mean the mayor group, the Han group? I don't know any web site about Han dances but you can maybe contact any student of the music department of any university, they are specialized in ballet as well as in folk dance. The home page has normally an english option.
