How long should a pocket full of fluid remain after an appendectomy?

I had an appendectomy almost a month ago and a recent CT Scan shows a fluid filled sac close to the surgery site. Is this normal?

no its not normal... better have a long talk with your doctor...

no this is not normal or good.The pocket of fluid indicates infection.You need to have his dealt with professionally
