Messages from company called ORS that says,"Call us back for an important business matter". Who are they?

I dont know who they are, but it is probably one of two things...a company trying to collect a debt you owe them OR a business trying to be sneaky about their telemarketing schemes by getting YOU to call THEM. In either case, I would never call back.
