i can cook Cajun food....... jambalaya, red beans and rice, crawfish etouffe, seafood and file gumbo. the only other folks who can cook authentic cajun food are folks from parts of louisiana, new orleans areas and the cajuns. no other group of people cooks these meals except cajuns from louisiana.

Yes, i cook Japanese and Chinese food, and as I am from Hawaii...it does surprise people...oh and curry dishes too!!!! I make a mean sushi roll and shrimp fried rice!!!!!!
