when not hard my penis shrinks to nothing probably an inch...& when hard it grows to about 3 or 4 inches. what is wrong...theres got to be somthing i can do.

Not a problem. You will learn to use it and will forget. Smaller can do more - you have to experiment. My friend, D, can do things with it that is incredible. His wife is a talker and we all hear about it. So, we all want to have a few inches cut off our rods.
