what is in style pants with cuffs or not, pleats or not?

best fabric is terry wool.

The stitching, quality of fabric, the all round style of the suit.
As for style, cuff's hanging out from underneath the suit jacket is in, bright coloured shirts (reds, yellows, baby blues, mints, lilac, peach, pink... all the "gay" colours as most guys call them), patterns (stripes, checks etc).
Pants with cuffs? errrrrr no.
Pleats depend on your body shape, and how tall you are. Some men need them, some are flattered without them.

the way it hangs on your body....silk??? type in G.Q. magazine...it has all the latest fashions for men...maybe it will give you ideas..
