Can anyone tell me where to learn how to break dance or hip hop???

not on line...the most you can do is watch some dancing styles on youtube or order a break dancing / hip hop video and learn off that

First, choose, breakdance or hip hop, once you've chosen that, I suggest you come to terms with something. Breakdance isn't all just windmills and all those fancy things, there are basics, and you have to learn them, starting with the six step, look for guides on youtube.
