Hello! i just got the new razr v3m as a suprise from my parents. ( im 14 ) but i was wondering how do you transfer songs from ur computerr to ur phone? do you need 2 buy anything to do that? can somebody please help me!? Any advice would be greatly be appriciated. thanxx ---joe

you can probably buy the music essentials kit from any verizon store for like $30 bucks. it comes with the software, headphones and a USB. Or get a hold of the USB for the razor and download the software straight from the verizon website. and you'll probably need a memory card.

I got the RAZR V3m for my wife. Legally, you need to purchase the Music Essentials Kit. Verizon Wireless doesn't offer any drivers for their phones online.
Many websites out there suggest ways to get around VZW's restrictions, but unless you have the knowhow to muck around w/ a phone, I wouldn't suggest trying them.

Try going into the setting>security>. The code... might want to try 0000 or 1234 before emailing the seller. Once in there try doing a complete phone reset. It will erase everything. If not then.. as a last resort go to Verizon and see what they can do.
