In a small office i run, one of the employees has called to report the absence of connection he has been experiencing today. This is seriously affecting his work, as i have been sharing the Internet connection. i need to Write a troubleshooting plan containing an ordered succession of steps you should follow in solving the problem....can anybody plz help me write this troubleshooting plan!!!! thx

umm, really need more info, like is it w aireless connection, did you update drivers recently, are you using a router, are your ip's set right, those are a few of the things i can think of, if nothing else call in tech support from the company you use, or if all else fails, call the best buy geek squad
