LOL let me just say I got pregnant while on birth control pills... so, if you really don't want a baby, then abstinence because there are always risks when you have sex. Good luck!

The only way to guarantee that she does not get pregnant is abstinence. However, if you do not want to exercise that option, here are some really important rules about condoms:
- DO NOT use two condoms at the same time - the friction with break them.
- DO NOT use flavored ones during vaginal sex - this can give her an infection.
-MAKE SURE you know how to put one on - there is nothing wrong with reading instructions and practicing on a banana beforehand.
- ALWAYS check the expiration date - they do expire, and when they expire, they break.

There are also female condoms, diaphragms, and cervical caps that she can use.

If her hang up with birth control is taking the pill every day, their are other hormonal birth control methods that you don't have to worry about taking every day, such as the patch or the ring. There are also surgical methods that are pretty much 100% effective and reversable (such as the copper T).

The only natural way to prevent pregnancy and not use birth control is not having sex at all, so you really should reconsider not using birth control - there are a lot of methods that are invisible and perfectly comfortable. Things like pulling out before ejaculation or charting her period DO NOT WORK. Men release sperm (precum) before they ejaculate and women can get pregnant at any time during their period.

Good luck and be safe!

At least use condoms, which are not 100 percent effective, but might help. Or just abstain from having sex until you find someone who will be responsible. Also, unfortunately if she does want a baby, there may be some dishonesty like poking tiny holes in condoms. Make sure you check them closely. I only say this because I have heard several girls say this. Not all girls are like this but be aware of this. If it is because of forgetting see about her getting on another type. There are IUD's, patches, shots and many other forms out there that she does not have to take every day. Of course none of these are 100%. But if she has birth control, two forms of protection are definitly better than none. Natural ways, you mean without using condoms? There isn't because even though there is natural family planning it is much more likely to get you pregnant than birth control or condoms. Just realize that it is not reliable and condoms can get someone pregnant as well. But in my opinion no protection is worse than none. But know that there is still a possiblility. It is not meant to scare you, but to let you know to make sure just because a condom doesn't feel good etc to always do your part. Also, I am not saying she is one of those girls, but always check your condoms closely and put them on yourself. Don't go without a condom because pre ejaculate contains sperm. I would make sure you get a condom with spermacide as well.

Well, I'm guessing you aren't married to one another so you really shouldn't be having sex. So abstinence is the best way to avoid an unexpected pregnancy. However, if you and your lady are determined to "couple", you need to agree to be responsible for the act...and that will take BOTH of you. You'll need to practice natural family planning (nfp). There are several books on the NFP method. "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" is a highly recommended book. Your girlfriend will learn alot about her body and so will you....together you'll both learn that having a sexual relationship outside of marriage holds a bit more responsiblity than condoms, pills and diaphrams. But once the two of you begin working together, you may find that it brings your relationship into a deeper level of respect and trust.

The only way not to get pregnant is don't have sex. Other than that there is nothing even using birth control you can still get pregnant as no birth control is 100% percent effective.
Although condoms i think are the best as they prevent STD as well.

well, not having sex and using a condom....that's about it! If she doesn't want to become pregnant...why would she not want to use birth control?? There are many forms not just the patch, pill, or shot! Like the Nuvea Ring and IUD...And....using a condom is a method of birth control! So, I'm not sure I can help much!

Does she not want to take birth control or does she want nothing at all even condoms and if that's true it sounds more like to me she wants a baby because she and you should know that having sex with out any protection a pregnancy is bound to happen. And in the heat of the moment your not going to want to pull out.

My first question is why does she refuse to use any birth control? Women have like 20 different types from patches to pills, so there's no excuse why she won't use ANY.

I hope she's not trying to trap you with a baby. Just in case, stockup on the trojans w/ spermicide...or just look for a girl who will get on birth control.

Good-old-fashion-abstinence, he he, if not that, then simply use a condom, one girl earlier said that you can use two condoms at the same time, well....i wouldn't recommend it since condoms are latex, the constant rubbing of both of them will cause them to break, and therefore risking a pregnancy. Or you can go to a planned parenthood and ask what other methods are out there. But I sincerely recommend you NOT use the pullout method....its not that safe...Good Luck!!!
