Every state has a board that grants licenses to physicians to practice medicine in the state. They have different names in each state but do almost the same thing. Find out how to contact the board in your state and report your findings.

Depends on the "misconduct" -

if its criminal call the police

if not call the State Medical Board in your state.

*edit: that's also a very serious claim, you should really have proof as even the accusation could hurt the physician. Also slander and liabel issues should be considered.

In Ontario, it's the "Ontario College of Physicians" (http://www.cpso.on.ca). If in the USA, your state should have an institution that is similar. Goggle it, limiting it to your location. Good question, by the way.

Ha ha ha ha ha. They are self-governing. They have a medical board of revue that are all the other doctors they play golf with. Consult a lawyer. A lawyer is the only way to get their attention. Been there done that.

The AMA / American Medical Assoitation but U better have a good lawyer on hand, because they have the best lawyers in
their corner.

talk to an attorney and see if he believes it's worth pursuing, meanwhile find another doctor.....good luck!
