Who at the hotel can know this stuff? Front Desk? Management? Technicians? Security? How long is history kept for?

they can only tell if you purchased something on tv...as in, an hbo movie or some restricted movie or tv channel....but other than that, you can watch anything you want and they wouldnt know....
