I don't know why.... The first time he did that was in Coming to America, he was like half the people in that barber shop in Queens. All I know is that he should go back to doing stand-up I really miss him doing that stuff. He hasn't been in a decent movie in years, it's just the same gag over and over and over again. Nutty Professor, and The Klumps, Dr. Doolittle, and the sequel, the misadventures of Pluto Nash now it's Norbitt, and I'm afraid that he's gonna burn out his whole career on this sh*t, and that generations to come will never have the opportunity to know what a great comic he was, because all this sh*t he's been doing will be the only thing that they will have as a reference

I guess when you've been in the business as long as Eddie Murphy has, you learn to go with your strengths, and he is one of the best when it comes to playing different characters. Plus, he won't have to worry about fighting with his castmates! LOL

Because he's good at it. Anybody who's seen his stand up he does impersonations this is the next step, and it's funny. Everytime he does it he steps his game up.

very similiar to Tyler Perry,, but Tyler Perry (Madea's Family Reunion)movies are totally funny...But I guess it something he has to do right now, to be different from his last movie...
