Using the leg to massage have to be done with care. To prevent injuries, the professional masseuse is trained to step at the right spots on the body usually at the shoulders, upper back , legs and arms. This gives more pressure to the points of massage and is more effective in releasing tension. The masseuse holds on to an overhead bar and therefore is able to control the pressure that she exerts on the body she is massaging. You can do this form of massage at home too .. person to be massaged lying on a padded mat on the floor while the masseuse ( wife, girlfriend) using the heels and toes of her feet to massage while seated at the edge of the bed.
