Eat well balanced foods, get plenty of sleep. You grow while you are sleeping! 8-10 hours a night for a growing boy or girl.

Get lots of protein and vegetables, less junk food. And don't smoke, whatever you do, don't smoke.

I'm a guy, and I was 4'6 when I started high school. I was 4'10 when I graduated, the shortest in my class at 18 years old. By the time I had been at college for one semester and came home for christmas break I was 5'8 and weighed almost 60lbs more (and had packed on quite a bit more muscle instead of being just a twiggy skeleton) ... so I'd say it's quite possible that you still have some growing to do in the future. However, females generally reach the end of their physical growth much earlier than males... different people grow in different ways at different times. I'm 23 now and 5'10... so you never know.

There is no secret- it's pretty much genetics. If your ancestors were tall, you will too. Also the diet has a lot to do with it, people tend to get taller every generation due to better nutrition.

lay on the ground and get two people to stand at each end of you feet and head..and tell them to pick up ur arms and legs and pull away from each other until it killer hurts..and u'l get tall...











































tell me u didnt believe me...?? i was just joking..only way u can get tall is if ur body allows it self to grow anymore. drink milk and water

Healthy food and lifestyle, tall genes, and high heels. LOL Seriously, you can't "make" yourself grow tall because it depends on your family gene pool.

Everyone says drinking alot---ALOT---of milk helps. All I've been drinking is milk for about 2 months. . .still the shorty of the class though.

But I'd say drinking milk helps. . .if you drink it all---ALL---the time.
