Where as everyone has their own opinion regarding genres of music they like and dislike, saying you're glad they are dead is disrespectful, irrespective of music genre they represented. Its like a rap fan saying to a hardcore rock fan that they are glad jimi hendrix, kurt kobain or jim morrison is dead.

It makes me laugh, people see these questions regarding a certain genre of music and knowing they hate the style, they add their 2 cents worth just saying how much they hate a style of music. If the question was do you love or hate rap i could understand but that wasn't the question.

Isnt that what yahoo answers is for? To answer the question asked not avoiding the question just to place a blatant insult on here

kinda pathetic really

Tupac , no doubt, he was truly prophetic and talented, he was born a leader, all people who choose to go against the graina nd have an opinion end up dead before their time....Biggie was ghetto talented and he fell into the business and blew up.... lyrically tupac reigns supreme....hand down

personally...I think it was Tupac, and I was born and raised on the east coast. New York, to be exact. But I still think Tupac was far more sophistaicated with his lyrics. They had more meaning.
