what could be the better answer if the recruiter asks you about the reasons for shifting the job. (This is especeially for the guys who keep on changing their jobs).

tell them u r looking for bigger appourtunity.....
and u found in previous company that ur future was not that good..
something like that....
but always tell the truth...... its builds trust....

Tell them this

Every person needs growth after working and gaining experience and he needs to look out for better opportunities elsewhere if not possible in the same company hence I am sitting in front of you all for the same.

You could say it was to get experience in a different industry or to obtain a management position. Or, to work in a larger/ smaller company for more opportunities to learn and grow.

Tell them that you feel you have reached your fullest potential there and you want to expand your knowledge and are interested in exploring other careers to see what challenges are out there because you know that you have so much more to offer.
