It's cheek implants. You know it's easier to fix things than try to accept yourself. Believe me- nobody is perfect. But if the surgery will really make you feel better, go for it. Just make sure you are doing it for yourself and not someone else and find a good surgeon so you don't get a botched up job.

Plastic surgery is named from the Greek word "plastikos" which means "to shape", based on the surgeon re-shaping the form of the patient's form through surgery. It has nothing to do with the types of materials used in the surgery itself. In surgery, many different materials may be utilized, depending on the desired results and the type of surgery. Frequently, the surgeon will make use of the patient's own tissues, including tissues from another location of the body, or by reshaping the existing tissues to achieve a better appearance. Historically, many materials have been used in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, including ivory, wood, and others. In modern times, hard silicone rubber is a popular material. This should not be confused with the gel silicone which has sparked so much controversy through its use as a filler for breast implants.

I think its cheek implants. But put a little more thought into surgery, especially plastic. You are beautiful in your own way. Maybe people think the bump on your nose is characteristic, and your cheeks look hot skinny.

Something you must keep in mind, once you're undergone cosmetic surgery most likely you will want to do that again. It's almost addictive, just like some people who had one small tattoo and keep on getting some more within the years. Becareful not to end up like Michael Jackson!

It depends what you want. Do you want fuller, rounder cheeks or do you want high, defined cheekbones? If you want the fuller cheeks, you can try fat grafting or fillers. If you want high, defined cheek bones, then go to a doctor specialising in cheek implant surgery.
