help please?

i need help with this promblem i went to the internet and i went to website and then this started to happen it kept saying this

cannot find "http:///".make sure the path or internet address is correct"

and i prees ok and it kept on coming back like after 10 seconds then i reboot the computer but it still says the same thing over and over agian but i use the computer good but does anybody know how to fix this problem

you need to make sure that the web address is typed in proper.. one small mistake and it will not find the address. and tell you like it as

like a postman if he reads the wrong address he can not deliver the mail to the right house ............. simple
