Its not right that women have to wear a top when men do not and some men have bigger breasts than some women lets be fair

no debate here and no debate about that in Ontario Canada . women can go topless anywhere a man may go topless here in Ontario .
the only restriction is limited to a female using her lack of a top as a means to play on the sexual aspect of this topless option for the purpose of making money off of it .

Where I live (Toronto), women can go topless if they want to. I've never seen anyone do it, but apparently it does happen on occasion in the summer and the teenage boys are thrilled by it.

No women shouldnt be allowed to go topless there is enough rape and such goin on without more enticement. not to mention over time they will droop to their knees. then what will you look at????? or better yet then what part of the women would you want to be disrobed?
