1 of 6 layers of my cornea has been damage. And when im in a dry season like Winter or very hot summer, my eyes starts to get painful. Sometimes when I look at bright objects, eg(sun, monitors, tv's) it hurts a lot. Or when I wake up in the morning. is there any way to fix this problem? is there a surgery for this? and what does it call for the surgery?

You should seek treatment from an ophthalmologist. There maybe a very simple solution with medication such as is used for *dry eye syndrome* that can help alleviate your symptoms. This is a medical problem, so your medical insurance will cover a consult with an ophthalmologist. Good luck.
