I think Affordable Mineral Makeup is the best.
Affordable Mineral Makeup, pure and simple.
Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Iron Oxides
Bare Minerals Foundation
Bismuth Oxychloride, Mica, Iron Oxide, Titanium Dioxide
Bare Minerals Mineral Veil (finishing powder)
Cornstarch, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Magnesium Stearate, Zinc Stearate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. May Contain: Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide
Loreal Bare Naturale Foundations
Titanium dioxide, Zinc oxide, Talc, boron nitride, Dimethicone, Carnaba wax, Cetyl dimethicone, Trimethyloxysilicate, Trisocetyl citrate, Alde baradensis leaf juice, Tocopheryroyl, Panthenol.
I use Affordable Mineral Makeup. I have tried a few others, but they either contains small amounts of preservatives or are made up with a lot of fillers. The mineral makeup goes a long way. It is a little bit more than some of the drugstore foundations but it will last longer. It brings out your natural beauty while minimizing any flaws or wrinkles. It is multi-purpose and very versatile. Affordable Mineral Makeup is micro-formulated using the highest quality minerals and botanicals; being naturally preservative and irritant-free it is also weightless and incredibly long-wearing. It does not clog pores and it has a naturally high SPF. It helps to calm and soothe irritated skin with its zinc content, and is water resistant. Providing excellent coverage.
Affordable Mineral Makeup does not contain Bismuth Oxychloride like many of the other mineral foundations do. Bismuth can clog your pores and cause your skin to itch. There are problems associated with it. Its molecular makeup is a crystalline shape, which may be a cause of the itchiness some women get when they wear it. Many women experience noticeable itching when they sweat. Don't forget it is also kin to arsenic, chemically. Your body will reject things it does not like, and if you'll get sick from ingesting arsenic, it would make sense that your skin would get irritated from having arsenic forced into it. Companies use Bismuth in their cosmetics because it is cheap to buy and is an inexpensive filler. It does have binding qualities, so the makeup will "stick" to your skin, so to speak. But there are other products that are just as effective at adhesion, and are better for your skin.
Many other makeups contain preservatives that are also not good for your skin.
Benefits of Affordable Mineral Makeup itself:
Each ingredient has its own special quality and purpose in the makeup.
•Zinc Oxide is known for its healing properties in problem skin such as rosacea and acne, it has the ability to stay on even while sweating and swimming, as well as offers protection from the sun's harmful UV rays.
•Titanium Dioxide also has waterproof and SPF properties while providing a Matte look.
•Mica has some transparent properties and allows the makeup to go on smoothly.
•Iron Oxides give the makeup its pigment.

I'm sorry to be the one to break the bad news, but there is no cheap make up that won't clog your pours or leave you skin feeling touchable and natural. The best make up for the price is "Mary Kay". They're products are great, and a tube of they're foundation will last about 6months, but it cost you $14.00, unless you know someone who will sell it to you cheaper. You can also find "Mary Kay" on e-bay, very cheap, but you need to know what to order. I promise you won't be disappointed if you try it, you will love it. Just make sure you understand the difference between full and medium coverage, and try a sample of each before you spend $14.00 on one tube. D

Well, as far as I know liquid makeup in general is bad when it comes to not clogging pores. Powder works best for that I believe. I use Bare Escentuals makeup and it's great. It's all natural and made using only pure minerals so it is good for your skin.

kms mineral essentials is an all mineral makeup, and it will not clog your pores as it is a non-comedegenic product. It applies like silk and gives you that flawless airbrushed look. My daughter and I have been using it for over a year and can't say enough about it. We love it!

Look for something that says "Oil-free won't clogg pores" or something similar on it. I use Maybaline new york dream matte mousse creamy natural. it works great for me and is cheap to buy just about anywhere.
Use foundation on smaller areas, never on the cheeks (very visible, it looks like you're wearing a second skin) then to touch it up use powder (make sure it makes for skin color or it WILL show) on the cheeks and the rest of your face. Creme foundation like the one i mentioned helps you hide flaws such as bags under the eyes and the powder hides the shine. then put some blush on ...

Mary Kay is the best brand especially since you can try before you buy and all products are 100% guaranteed so if something doesn't work you can exchange it for something that does.
The medium coverage foundation is for normal to oily skin and is very light/sheer coverage with a transfer resistent ingredient so it won't rub off on clothes. Full coverage is the same except it's for very dry skin.
Then there is the creme to powder which goes on like a creme and dries to a powdery finish. This is the best coverage but will rub off on clothes etc. if you aren't careful.

Laura Mercier oil free foundation is great...I don't know what your definition of fair cheap would be though, Laura Mercier foundation runs about $40, but it's well worth it...foundation is on your skin all day everyday so you might as well invest in it. Bareminerals is great too, and Neutrogena makes a knock-off mineral makeup that is just as good. =]

Try Covergirl. You can get it from Wal-Mart and it costs about $6 for the powder. It keeps your skin from being oily and when it is oily, it gets rid of the oil.
Great stuff. Check it out! =~)
