I just love a good metaphor!! Also, I'm writing again and already uninspired. Need advice on how to view things in a metaphoric way. Good luck w/ this one!!!

I love using metaphors in my writing. Okay, heres what you do: First, look at something. It can be anything. Let's use a sunset as an example. Look at the beauty of it and compare it using vivid description, colorful words, and your imagination. Use your vocabulary and put your imagination into words. You can be inspired by anything. I usually like to listen to music when I'm writing because it inspires me to write something great. Good Luck!
