Using binary, 11 would be 1011, what would it be in base 13?

Since there are only 10 digits but base 13 would need 13, it uses A for 10, B for 11 and C for 12.

I guess Tony Blair and George Bush are both in big trouble. They called down fire from the sky and it rained over Baghdad. Of course, George Bush says he talked to God for permission to do this and God gave it to him, so maybe he can blame the whole thing on a communications failure. It's okay with me if George Bush is called a horned beast. I've heard him called a lot worse. And deservedly so, I might add. Actually, I think Revelation can be interpreted in any way one pleases. The Christian Right have interpreted it and brought misery to the world. It might be better if we all read things we can understand and, as far as I can see, the Golden Rule doesn't include war for oil, or war for a Crusade. The way I see it, this belief that the Second Coming is due tomorrow is nothing more than a death wish. Those NeoCons have made such a mess here on Earth, they think Heaven will be a lot better. But, if they get up there and start spouting their Limbaughese about Liberals, they may get ousted...and what then? It seems to me that Jesus Christ was a great Liberal and may not look kindly on Greed or the NeoCon obsession with Guns. Greed, guns and God may not be the combination Jesus had in mind, so it may behoove folks to put off that Second Coming for a later date.

It is undefined. First, you need to pick out single-digit symbols for the quantities 10, 11, and 12. And any truly serious definition would NOT include letters of the alphabet, to avoid confusion. Best of luck.

The numbers won't change until after 9
10 = A
11 = B
12 = C
13 = 10

In base 13, 11 would be B.
The numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C
After that is 10, which is the same as 13base10.
