Definitely Messing up!
Shahrukh is wrongly under the impression that he can equate with Amitabh - his mirage-pursuit to match Amitabh everywhere is KBC. He thinks success by "ridiculing" riff raffs through movies is going to work in KBC as well.
See the height of stupidity: Recently in Malaysia, what a bad comment he made - majority of citizens here are having 2 wives!
Don't these celebrities (Shilpa also-big brother) realise that their acts or comments do mess up with the outstanding foreign policy of the country. Such high people should first be dressed down in the country embassies.

Alright!!! The Big B hosted KBC in his own style and SRK is hosting it in his own way. So what is the problem? Maybe SRK is using the word "Tum" so that he could make the participants feel relaxed (as the word tum is usually used with friends or people who are close to one) or maybe he is doing it to appear less uptight. Maybe his hugging is also meant to do this. So he hugs participants ....... doesn't that like make him someone who has both his feet planted firmly on the ground despite his Mega Moviestar status? Isn't it supposed to be good? And quite frankly when people say that no one can measure upto the Big B......well I do not have an opinion on that except that he acted in a different era and today we have a new generation of actors in an industry that is much much more competitive than what it used to be. I'm not saying that Big B isn't great as an actor............what i am trying to say is that today we have some great actors too and we should appreciate them rather than shooting them down if they are brave enough to try to fill in the Big B's shoes. Thus, both the actors-turned-hosts have their own distinct styles and they should be respected for it. If a lady doesn't want to be hugged by SRK then I, as a lady, would say, bad luck sister, you made da wrong choice. SRK is doing a fabulous job on KBC now as Mr Bachan did previously. And no..........SRK is difinetly NOT messing around on KBC.

I think SRK is quite witty and tries to be very humble.I just hope he does not landup in monotony again.Why compare KBC 1 and 2.If we treat them seperately I think viewing wont be a problem....and as of now he is doing pretty good.Why compare a legend with a popular hero afterall its a game show.If comparisons are to be done...it should ve been in acting when they shared the screen in Mohabattein and KANK in which both superheroes failed.So better dont mix them up but treat it as KBC2

i dont know whether he is messing up or not but i wached few episodes and i did not like at all as he really looks cheapo and the lady did not insult srk but of course all indian womens r not comfortable when hugging a men whether it is a big actor and its srks fault as he being an indiand should know that and no probs if he hugs guys but for female contestants he should maintain distance thats the difference between srk and BIG B and ofcourse how cand srk address older people tum he is not hosting this show in foreign country he is in india so he ahs to do what our culture is .
srk wants to be better then big b but he can NEVER take his place .
amitabh bachchan is the best

His presentation is quite different from big B. I like the new style, but not everyone likes the way he hugs people. In yesterdays show one lady refuses to hug srk.

For one thing Amitabh always respected the participant, no matter how young and reffered to the player as 'AAP' while Sharukh thinks he is up above the participant , no matter how elderly and uses the 'TUM'. There is a difference of class and KHANDAAN.

I agree that he can, in no way, compared to Big B....
They have got their unique styles of hosting a show. Obviously, it needn't be the same!
What I felt is, contestants feel themselves a bit relieved when they sit in front of him. He tries to comfort them in whatever way he can.
And about hugging stuff... I dont find anything wrong in it He does it in the right spirit. There's no point in passing any sort of comments against that act. As of in India, such questions are likely to arise. When that lady refused her to be hugged, SRK side-tracked her wish by hugging her mom and handing over the prize cheque to her mom! And thats how you do it! Thats how it should be dealt with.. Yooooo!

Definitely!!First of all it would be wrong to even compare him to Big B...Big B is THE best.........hes a class apart...where as sharuk is trying to act too smart...its lookin quite cheap n artificial...the massaging n the stupid Pjs n all..he should QUIT!!

he has made KBC better ..b4 it use to be all serious n stuff ... ..&& srk is being too nice to ppl cas did u see that one women insulted SRK so much ...if iwas there i would hav been pissed offfso much ...n i would hav swore ....god hez da Indian Superstar cmon ppl he deservez respect ...SRK u r awesome ......i dun watch millionaire anymo ...i rather watch KBC ....

no i actually love KBC and watch it online everyday since i dont get star plus but i think its awesome and hes really a cool guy! pretty funny too!
