Who's "we", and why would "we" establish a Jewish state in Germany or America?

Your question and statements indicate a lack of several important points:

1) "We" (I guess you refer to the world as a whole, or the UN) did not establish Israel.
The simple fact that many don't know is that the Zionist movement started settling Israel and establishing a country long before the famous voting in the UN, even long before the Brits were mandated by the CIS. "Israel" was not handed by anyone to the Jewish people, no one "places" them their and the holocaust had a little if any influence on it. The Jewish Israelis actively worked for its establishment since the mid 19th century: bought lands, settled the land, dried swamps out, built a firm and democratic society…
By 1948, all the UN had to do is confirm the establishment of two entities over the same piece of land: a Jewish country and a Palestinian country. You probably know that while the Jews accepted the announcement with celebrations, the Palestinians (that were known as Arabs at the time) declared war (1948 war) with their fellow Arabs: Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Iraq, a war that they lost.

2) The Arabs would be mad anyway.
Did you open your eyes lately and noticed what's going on in Europe? France, Germany, Britain and many others thought that if they would only be nice to the Muslim immigrants and emphasize the Arabs they will not turn against them. They too, just like you, thought until very recently that the Muslim and Arab immigrants who are closed inside their ethnic ghettoes of poverty and discrimination will be loyal to Europe if Europe will placate and satisfy them politically. Spain and Britain have already experienced the flavor of terror, but France is the first one to pay the full price of its ingratiation with more than 200,000 Muslim citizens that support the actions of AlQaida and the memory of the last uprising in Paris.
A wide survey that has been published recently in Britain exposes a very sad reality and refutes the connection between Muslim fury and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (e.g. 7% of the Muslim people in Britain in the range of 16-24 years of age admire terror organizations and 37% of them want to impose the rules of Islam in Britain, but less than 15% of them know who the leaders of Israel and Palestine are). 3) The politics of the Middle East is way too complicated for simplistically declaring "the land belongs to this and that".
All I'll say, without getting too deep into history, that this land has been occupied time and again by many many empires and regimes. There never has been a sovereign country called "Palestine"; the Arabs ruled it twice: from the Arab occupation in 638 until the Crusader invasion in 1099, and from the mid 13th century until the Ottoman period that started at 1517.
Beside the Arabs and the Israelites (who ruled the land for a much longer period of time), this land was also Canaanite, Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Hellenist, Roman, Byzantine, Christian, Ottoman and British.
How can you strongly state that it is an Arab land?
