I had tendinitis of the wrist from repertory work that led to Carpel Tunnel System and I had no alternative but to get a Cortisone shot which lasts for years.

I developed a work related elbow tendinitis in both elbows years ago. It was very painful & I had to wear a brace for a long time + get steriod shots in the affected tendon. Not fun.
They still ocasionally hurt not necesarilly on just cold days.
