When I'm sad.....I love to play "Europa" by the great guitarist "Santana". The way he makes his instrument talk it's like it's crying....but as the song goes on it brings me out of sadness into the light....so "Santana" rocks for me!

Well if your like me you like depressing songs when your sad, but if you want something to lift your spirits, my favorite abulm that has some pretty upbeat songs is All American Rejects first CD.
