I honestly do not know what your condition is but I believe among other lifestyle changes the right supplements could be very helpful. You want to start by trying to alkalize your body. A relatively easy way to do this is to take a super green. The one I suggest for your case would be barley greens. You need to be on this supplement for months as it is hard to reverse years of mistreatment. Take it as serious as you would take any medication prescribed.

There as so many other things you can do and it is best to think of this (w)holistically. There is no one magic bullet. Cut out highly refined carbs like cakes, candies, cookies, white breads and rices. Start eating more whole food like fresh fruits and lightly cooked vegetables. Stop drinking the tap water and restock your body with probiotics which can also be supplemented. Avoid recreational drugs and stimulates like caffeine and nicotine. Try to sleep a regular schedule and get some aerobic exercise about 3 to 4 times a week.

There are so many things I could advise you to do but first you must be willing to make the changes necessary dig yourself out of this health crisis. The information is out there, as the saying goes, "when the student is ready the teacher will appear".

I really hope you find the relief you need as I have been to the bottom and back. It is true some things are out of our control, but in reality more things than we think are actually in our control, especially as it pertains to the self. In light of this educate yourself to make informed decisions; don't blindly trust the conventional medicine community as often the cure is worse than the disease.

Best of wishes
