go to a lumber yard, they will build you one for about the same price as the home center 35.00 to 40.00 per 8' panel and it will be of better quality...2x4 stringers etc. rent a post hole auger and git'er dun! Forest lumber if your close to Oklahoma City

As a general contractor I charge $20/lf to build this fence with wood 4x4 posts at 8' centers. If you want to use metal posts I add $5 per post.

if you are looking to save some $$ and build a better fence, DON'T set the posts in concrete. Concrete sucks the moisture out of wood when it cures and makes it rot faster because it makes the wood hold the moisture after a rain.
Set the posts and tamp the moist dirt around them. You'll have a better fence in the long run.
