I used to live there on a military base. My friends name is Tina Lovelace. She is in the Air Force and I dont know if she is still there. Even though it has been 6 years since I've seen her. Maybe try searching for her on myspace. Ask a mutual friend or acquaintance. If she has left Japan to return for the States, try www.yellowpages.com
