can anyone tell me which other organelles lysosomes work with?

Lysosomes join with food vacuoles in order to merge the lysosome enzymes with the food particles.

Lysosomes are organelles contain digestive enzymes which help to break down large amounts of molecules .Lysosomes most likely don’t work together with other organelles because Lysosomes also act like “suicide sacs” which destroy bacteria and damaged or worn-out cells and because of their “defense” mechanism they would much likely work alone.

lysosomes are part of the protein sorting network, they fuses with late endosomes and other things. They are used for digestion. For example, receptor tyrosine kinases induced endocytosis, these RTK containing endosomes sort to the multivesicular body, then are sent to the lysosome where the RTK is ultimately degraded.
