I'm a lifeguard and i was wondering what the best eyeliner and mascara would be that doesnt run and still stays on while im in the pool. Sometimes im in the pool for 4 hours straight so i need something i can wear that wont be all over my face, if no mascara will last ...does any one know an eyeliner that will?
