Age is just a number, but I would wait until you felt mature enough to make this decision on your own. I wouldnt do it just because other people are talking about it, and doing it. Make sure they are your true feelings and it is what you want to do. It will be your experience, and yours to live with for life.

Old enough to make a mature, responsible decision....what ever age that might be....as long as you have thought it out and have considered how you will feel during and after this experience and are able to take care of yourself.....any age is right...as long as it is right for you.....

I was 15. Before that i'd kissed other girls but my first serious one was at 15. If you feel mature enough to handle it then go for it. Just make sure if she is a friend you don't lose your friendship after it, that happened to me.

I don't think your sexual orientation plays into it. Just the same rules for everyone. Legal, responsible, wanting, safe.
Have fun when you are ready. But don't feel rushed. Lots of time.

Never. It's opening a can of worms that you don't want opened. It will be a divisive issue in your family. If you decide that you want to continue it just because you're afraid to have sex and everyone around you is having heterosexual sex and at their age, it's a bad idea, well, you're just succumbing to social pressures as much as they are.
You'll be ashamed if you did it for casual reasons and you have an unshakeable rep as a dyke, even when you are really interested later in a guy. He'll just turn away from you because you're a dyke or use you because he thinks the sex might be a little freaky.
There are a ton of reasons never to have a lesbian experience but I guarantee you a lesbian will never tell you that. As far as lesbians are concerned, they want you into it without even liking you much, just as shallow in their reasoning as guys can be.
