Today when I actually understood my algebra class! I can do anything!

Last Monday!!! Took a test and had to get at least a 9.0 to go on to the class and I got a 12.9. Highest score outa 22 people. Wooohooo. I am smarter then I ever thought. I just love it when I can amaze myself

Yesterday.
I followed through with my new years resolution and enrolled in TAFE. I've been out of the study scene for ages and was nervous about taking the first step.
I've talked about doing it for ages. Then yesterday I thought "do it now or you never will"

today actually
it was because where i am is sub zero weather and I was dressed in heavy leather (coat pants boots,shirt the works) with a backpack loaded with 45lbs of gear and I walked 3 miles in it through damn near white out blizzard conditions in 50 mins and it was mostly hilly terrain and damn near up a mountain to get home my gear and the leather added about 100lbs to my frame and i thought i'd never make it home without dropping to on all fours without gasping for air and puking my lungs up halfway home from the weight and the thinner air as i got closer to home

yesterday, when I weighed myself and I had lost 32 pounds. Believe me, that's amazing. Especially after all of the goodies I had over the holidays.

On October 23, 2006, I started my new job. I knew a little walking in. Within a 3 days, I knew everything I needed to do the job well. And my work has only progressed. Thanks, God
