Maryland....They won the National Championship last year, and they only lost 1 person, so they should do just as well as last year--if not better.

Going with a sleeper, University of Wisconsin Green Bay. The 8 time defending Horizon League champions are on there way for a 9th straight championship and havent lost in months. Team is 3-0 vs the Big 10 and their only losses have come to teams that either are, or were ranked all of which by just a few points. The #24 Phoenix are 17-3 riding a 14 game winning streak.

Duke/North Carolina (dead heat) - Both beat up on Tennessee and Maryland. NC beat Tenn by more points and Duke beat Maryland by more. I haven't seen NC Play, but have seen Duke. I will Tivo the game on the 8th. Abby Waner can shoot three's like nobody's business. For those who knock the women's game, I'll bet you haven't watched in years and should hold your opinions to yourself. You can't comment on something you have no knowledge about. I too wasn't a Women's Hoops Fan years ago, but the game is much more entertaining than it was years ago. Watch a game between 2 top teams and you will be entertained. I became a fan when Candice Parker who went to our local high school went to Tennessee. And, check this out. These girls actually care about their education and stay for 4 years. There is some beauty in that that is now totally lost in the men's game. Does anyone think Greg Oden (sho seems like a great kid) is really at Ohio State for the degree. This is way off topic, but I do think the in the Men's Games they should adjust the scholarships if they recruit one year wonders and penalize them in for say the next 3 years. Take a Durrant or and Oden, but when they go pro you lose. Like that wil ever happen.

I think North Carolina. Maryland seems to have gone cold, and Duke is great but I think Carolina will beat them as long as they don't turn the ball over 25 times.
