When I found out that we argue a lot when we chat online compared to less arguments when we were actually with each other, I tried to minimize chatting online with her. When she knew about that, she was unhappy because she said it's necessary to argue to make relationship stronger. She claimed that it's a good way to understand each other more. I don't know what I should do. I really don't like arguing, it always ruin my day. She insists.

Hahaha i argue too but for the right reasons. Hmmm try telling her you are not the sort who argues, rather prefer to take things calmly. Make her understand that when one argues for no reason or for every thing it becomes petty and irritating to the person who's going thru it.

Maybe she just likes to argue....maybe that's how they show affection in her family. Are her family gatherings at Christmas really loud affairs? I will tell you that this one is going to end up being a 'deal-breaker' sooner or later. A quiet person becomes stressed from having to argue to prove you care about someone, it's exhausting!
