I don't know why people just can't figure out that skin colour is absolutely irrelevant either.

It is not wrong, just looks weird. Any 2 people in a relationship where they have different skin colors looks weird. It would be the same thing as if there were a bunch of blonds in a group with one person being black haired. It would not conform and look out of place.
It is not a racial thing at all.

I don't know anyone who looks at it as if it's wrong. It's your relationship, and the two people involved are the only ones that have absolute control over what happens inside of it. If anyone says anything to you about it, tell them to stop being a silly racist, lol. I think I blame some of that on the movie Save The Last Dance. Lame.

I didn't know that light skinned/black men and women couldn't be in relationships without being looked at as if it's wrong.

Me personally i don't think its wrong if to people want to have a realationship even if they are black. If whites are looking at black weird for having a relationship then blacks can look at whites the same way.
God made everybody special and unique in their own way, that includes different colors. why do we only look look at blacks that way but not mexicans or spanish or chinese and Korean? Only blacks? that doesn't make any sense...

Why are you so worried about what other people think? Who cares who you love,if YOU think it's right and are happy then stop worrying about what other people think. If you keep living your life wondering what others are saying,you might as well be ready for some complications. Focus on yourself and not the views of others.

I say the same thing ...but other people just can't forgive others and try to bring up past things that over like slavery.
