having a total stranger walk up to me and hand me $100.00 and then smile and walk away. To this day I wonder why this happened.....but i will say this, it surely happened at a time i needed it the most and I will be eternally grateful....it has as well made me more aware of the people around me....and the possibility of their needs. this happened about 15 years ago.....yes i am grateful!!!!!

The likelihood of many events are equal, so that makes them equally random. For example: My van has been stolen twice. Random, yes, but it happens.
A highly random event would be getting struck by lightning or stricken with a rare disease or winning the lottery.

I had spoken at a conference and a nice guy came up and told me he just got back from another conference for engineers and there was a speaker who looked a lot like me. I asked if he remembered anything else about her, and he said she could really dance. So I asked about the conference, and realized he had met my sister. He was really proud that he could put us together and I was amazed too.

being chased down the street by a guy holding a crowbar behind his back as the purple hued van he got out of was trying to make a three way turn on a narrow side street, then a group of gangbangers saved me when they heard me screaming for help.
gotta love stockton calif. . . .not!
or the time
that I approached a light that was always red when you got to it, but this time it was green b/c a pedestrian was crossing so I started singing "LUCKY DAY LUCKY DAY OH THIS IS GONNA BE A LUCKY DAY" and as soon as I went to go through my green light some old lady ran her red light and instead of hitting the pedestrian, our cars T-boned in the intersection and I broke my wrist.

One day when I was walking across campus in a red dress, a few guys in a car stopped on the road near me & started singing "Lady In Red"

some lady with such a heavy accent i could hardly understand stopped me at my school today and asked me how i got my legs so defined.

One time when I was reading my Bible outside, a bee just landed on my Bible and then it just rolled over and died. That was random.

some old ladies started talking to me[it gets worse]
they noticed i was down
but i said "im ok"
they kept asking me about it[old ladies can read your mind]
then i gave in and said i was sad,depressed.
they started telling me that i was a sweet girl,a nice girl,that i was very pretty.
they asked "do you know jesus"[sure i do does not meen i follow him]
then they were arguing with each other witch church i should go to
then they both hugged and said"i love you"
they both gave me a kiss
i was violated by two old ladies

I met my husband where I worked. It turns out that our paths had crossed several times but it took our jobs to finally hook up.
