Okay, lemme get this straight. You are right now pregnant, but you want to take pills to make sure you don't get pregnant?

I find it hard to believe that this is even a real question, but just in case, I'll answer it.

DO NOT TAKE THE PILL WHILE YOU HAVE A BABY INSIDE YOU!

There is a reason why women stop taking it ASAP if they find they are pregnant. That is because it can cause severe birth defects with continued use. The baby will be fine if you accidentally took the pill in the first few weeks, but if you purposefully keep doing it, with every pill you take, it's almost like you are poisoning your baby a little bit at a time.

Wait until after you have the baby to start back. And please wait until after your 4 or 6 week check up to even think about resuming sexual intercourse, becuase if you experience a complication and don't know it, or you aren't healing properly, you could end up damaging yourself for life.

If you are pregnant, then no. Wait until you give birth because it WiLL cause birth defects. That is why the doctor stops you from taking them immediately after finding out your are pregnant

I don't think it harms the baby but why take them if your pregnant?
