All you need to know is that it is a speech. This usually involves more than one person, a group. Remember, oral means speech!

It's a calling to everyone to do certain things. It's like a speech, but more active one. You can see it in demonstrations, where someone is on the microphone telling everybosy to do stuff, that's oration.
