Ypu can buy one. I reccomend Norton Anti Virus or McAfee Anti Virus. It's good.
I think the best free one is Spybot: Search and Destroy. Look it up, i'm not sure of the siite you can download it form but its really good.

You can upgrade your internet speed, download the Yahoo at&t browser, or for anti-virus= Clamwin. Clamwin is very very long, but it has a THROUGH search of every single file on your pc.

try a simple maintenance first before going into anti virus. defragment your disk. go to accesories>system tools>disk defragmenter.

Getting rid on temporary files sometimes helps and is very safe...On the top of your screen,click on TOOLS...Now click on INTERNET OPTIONS Click on the 3 buttons...Clear History and wait for it to stop...Now click on Delete Cookies and wait...Now click on Delete Files and wait....Restart your computer...This should help allot.
