If your boss made these comments to you what would you think?
(if you're a female and your boss is male)
Lets go down in front of Gregs (that's his boss) and make out.
I'm never getting married!! (then 1 week after you do he proposes to his girlfriend) only to complain about getting married.
"he causes one of your co-workers to quit" then says, I think she had a thing for you anyways.
"I say, Ya i'm use to people thinking i like someone here" He says
Well the next person you like, it'd better be me.
And he gets mad everytime this guy at work talks to me, he will yell at him immediately. And he said allot more things similar to those, what would you think? He's very nice to me all the time, has a hard time yelling at me, he never really has. And has trouble
looking me in the eyes. He has a fiance' but hardly ever talks about her and when he does, it's never good?

It sounds like he likes you a lot and maybe the guy he yells at to a little.You should tell him you are not interested.How do you even know for sure he has a girlfriend?

I'm a male boss and it sounds to me like yours has an unhealthy and risky attraction and/or obsession with you.
